This is my first time purchasing a box of pennies to go coin roll hunting! I figured I’d try it out because recently I saw people finding some decently rare Wheat Cents. 1984 is when the coin was made… Probably an obstruction of the 4. Other than that save those wheat pennies because the worth may accumulate throughout the years. Nice finds:)

Nice finds. I recently searched my first box of pennies and found 14 wheats, including 3 in one roll. The oldest was 1938. Now I have more wheats to add to my growing wheat penny collection, which contains about 600 wheats, and makes up 68% of my coin collection.

I Found the 1920s penny and my father has a wheat penny collection
it was made in 198!
I searched through a box yesterday and found 12 wheats and 2 of them look to be uncirculated 1 1949 and a 1956d I also found 3 lbs. of copper along with a 1940, 1982, and 1993 Canadian and a 1996 Bermuda penny
did u know that coinstar is free now and do u have to roll them when u go to the bank. like if u have 111 pennies, do u have to roll them up or can u just hand them back not rolled?

That error coin looks like it was supposed to be 1984.
Nice finds! I do some CRH once in a while, one time I got an 1886 IH Cent!!!! It was in pretty bad condition, but it’s still an IH! Good Luck on your next hunt!

@AuthenticNow hmmmmm…interesting. Never thought of it possibly being that. In my opinion, from what I can see under my loop, it sees that the horizontal line may come down a little bit to far for it to be the upper-left part of a “4″ , but hey, ya never know!!!

I kind of do it inconspicuously, but always get noticed because it kinda looks like i’n a poor kid searching for free money in a change return machine :/ ….HAHAHAHA! Havn’t found anything in the CoinStar slot yet, but I think it wont be that much longer before I find SOMETHING…

When you mentioned coinstar remeber they dont take silver so always check the coin return slot ive found a 1959 and 1964 dime
